Machine Man "specific scene i can't forgot"....

I remember my older cousins have a fascination with them (Machine Man, Shader, Mask Rider Black)....

I don't have any specific info, details or i wanted to quote or say...

I just have this certain scene that i cannot forgot and I don't even know how old I'am by that time...

I can't even remember the whole story in that scene; i just have this specific moment that i need to take off out of my head...

It was the "girl lying in the hospital bed (if my memory serves me right) the girl is in bad condition and suffering badly in her illness and she is already facing her near death ( I'am not really sure but that is what i recall) she is waiting for her "loved one" to be rescue from the hands of "bad people" (again I'am not sure)

it is way too back then, i was still a kid, it is kind a hard for me to remember clearly....

anyways, let's go straight to the essence of what i wanted to show; Then Machine Man here motivates the girl, he point out a tree outside the window of the hospital and by that time it was autumn season where the leaves falls from the trees fast, leaving the tree with no leaves at all but Machine Man so willing to motivate the girl; he said he will come back in that hospital again before the leaves of that Tree outside her window totally falls and swept out...

Because it was autumn season; the probability that the leaves of the tree will all swept out is 100%. So he decided to take a wire and pin a ONE LEAF in a branch so even the wind blows so hard that certain LEAF will surely not FALL. It been three days that passed and the girl clings to the words of Machine Man left in her and holding on to that HOPE (that the ONE LEAF brought to her). Machine Man returned with the loved one of the girl that is already rescued and the girl happily said: I wait; look there is ONE LEAF still left in the tree, what you said is right, you will come back before the leaves of the tree will all fallen out and i believe in you... 

And that believe and HOPE in that girl heart also HEAL her illness..... ^-^
